Networking Today International (NTi) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your information when you use the NTi mobile application (the “App”).

1. Data We Collect

We collect the following user data:

• Personal Information: Name, address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• GPS Location: With your permission, we use GPS tracking to display:
  • Interactive Member Maps: Helps members connect for 1-to-1 sales referral meetings.
  • Meeting Location Map: Locates NTi meeting locations closest to the user.
• Financial Information: Bank account routing and account numbers, along with the last four (4) digits of your Social Security Number (SSN), for creating a secure Stripe Digital Wallet account.
• Device Permissions:Access to the camera, microphone, and contacts for features that enhance your experience.

For users under the age of 13, data collection is limited to what is described in the Children's Privacy & Child Safety section of this policy, and is subject to verifiable parental consent.

2. Children's Privacy & Child Safety

Networking Today International ("NTI") is committed to protecting the privacy and safety of children. Our platform is primarily intended for adults (18 years of age and older). However, we offer the Young Entrepreneur Partnership Program (YEPP), which permits participation by young entrepreneurs between the ages of 8 and 17, exclusively under parental or guardian supervision and consent.

Age Verification

We collect date of birth during account registration for all users. Users who indicate they are under the age of 18 are restricted to the YEPP program and are subject to the additional protections described in this section. We do not knowingly allow users under the age of 8 to register or use our platform.

Parental Consent for Users Under 13 (COPPA Compliance)

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable international children's privacy laws, we require verifiable parental or guardian consent before collecting, using, or disclosing any personal information from children under the age of 13.

Before a child under 13 may create an account or participate in YEPP, a parent or legal guardian must:

1. Review this Privacy Policy in full.
2. Provide verified consent via our in-app parental consent process or by contacting us directly at Brooke@NetworkingTodayIntl.com.
3. Have the ability to review, modify, or request deletion of their child's personal information at any time.

What Data We Collect from Children (Under 13)

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the YEPP program experience, including:

• First and last name
• Date of birth
• City, State, and ZIP code
• Parent or guardian's email address and phone number
• Mobile number (used for account security and parent notifications)

We do not collect financial information from users under 13. Membership fees for YEPP participants must be managed and paid solely by a parent or legal guardian.

How We Use Children's Data

Data collected from users under 13 is used solely to:

• Create and manage their supervised YEPP account
• Facilitate monitored networking and learning sessions (conducted via Zoom virtual breakout rooms with 24/7 supervision)
• Communicate with parents or guardians regarding account activity

We do not use data from children under 13 for advertising, behavioral profiling, or sale to third parties.

Parental Rights

Parents and guardians of YEPP participants have the right to:

• Correct or update their child's personal information
• Request deletion of their child's account and all associated personal data
• Withdraw consent at any time, which will result in deactivation of the child's account

Restricted Features for Minors (Under 18)

Users identified as under the age of 18 are subject to the following restrictions on our platform:

• Access is limited to supervised YEPP program features only
• Real-money transactions may only be initiated by a verified parent or guardian
• Public profile visibility is limited; minor profiles are not listed in the general member directory
• Direct messaging with adult members outside of supervised sessions is not permitted

Prohibition on Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Networking Today International has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or endangers minors in any way. Any such content will be immediately removed, and the responsible account will be permanently banned. We will report all such incidents to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law.

Reporting Concerns About Child Safety

If you become aware of any content or behavior on our platform that you believe may endanger a child or violate child safety standards, please report it immediately to:

3. How We Use Your Data

The data collected is used to

• Create user accounts.
• Provide nearby member and meeting location recommendations.
• Facilitate personalized referral partner suggestions.
• Ensure a secure networking experience.
• Process payments and compensate members via the Stripe Digital Wallet.

4. Data Sharing

Your data will never be sold to advertisers or third-party marketing providers. However, we share limited data as follows:

• Stripe: For payment processing and digital wallet creation.
• The No More 9 to 5 Club: If permission is granted, email addresses and phone numbers are shared for personalized lead generation.
• Public Member Directory: Email addresses and mobile phone numbers are shared to facilitate lead exchange and member connectivity.

We do not share, sell, or disclose personal data of users under the age of 13 to any third party, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the supervised YEPP program (e.g., video conferencing via Zoom, subject to their own child safety and privacy policies).

5. Your Rights

You have complete control over your personal data and can:

• Edit, add, or delete your account information.

• Secure servers hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Proprietary crypto-currency (PearlCoin) under development for added security.

7. Third-Party Services

The NTi mobile app integrates with the following third-party services

• Google Maps: For Interactive Member and Meeting Location Maps.
• Stripe: For payment processing and digital wallet management.
• Printify: For managing promotional merchandise.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of changes through:

• The primary email address on file.
• Push notification alerts via the app.
